Terms of Service

WeSlim is an AI-assisted wellness and weight-loss app. Its main features are:

• Snap-Portion-&-Swap. You photograph a meal; the AI estimates foods, grams, macros/micros, and Blood Sugar Impact, and suggests portions and two swaps.
• Voice / Chat Meal Log & Ask Coach. Log meals by voice or text and chat with a coach based on your day's data.
• Fasting & Macro Tracker. Fasting timers (12/12, 14/10, 16/8, 18/6, 20/4) and a daily carb target.
• AI Future-Slim Visuals. With your explicit consent, the AI generates a motivational image from a photo you upload. The output is an illustration for motivation only.

WeSlim provides wellness and lifestyle guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Always consult your doctor before changing diet, fasting, or medications.

AI-generated visuals are an illustration for motivation only, not medical advice or a guaranteed outcome. WeSlim makes no guarantee of any particular result. You use the app at your own risk and are responsible for your own health decisions. If you have or are at risk of an eating disorder, please seek professional support before using weight- or food-related features.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use WeSlim.
• WeSlim is intended for residents of the United States and is not directed to users outside the United States.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to use WeSlim only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you submit — including meal photos, voice notes, text, and body images. You grant WeSlim a limited license to process this content, including sharing it with the service providers described in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide the app's features to you. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.

• Payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple and the App Store, subject to Apple's terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account's App Store settings.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's policy; WeSlim does not process refunds directly.

You agree not to:

• Misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its underlying services.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to access other users' data or bypass the app's security.
• Use the app in a way that violates any applicable law or these Terms.

You may stop using WeSlim and delete your account at any time from within the app (subject to the 28-day grace period described in the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm WeSlim or other users.

WeSlim is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI estimates (foods, portions, macros, Blood Sugar Impact, or swaps) will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the founders of WeSlim will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from your use of WeSlim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page (current version: 2026-07-14). Continued use of WeSlim after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
